Eagle Rock Ranch can provide the perfect vacation get-a-way for the sportsman, hunter, fisherman or mountain outdoor enthusiasts. This Ranch property was originally homestead in 1889 and later developed as a fishing retreat in 1950's.

With easy access from either Denver, Vail or Steamboat Springs - Eagle Rock Ranch is located just off Highway 131 and only (2) miles east of the city of Yampa, Colorado.

If you are interested in fishing for Colorado Trout or hunting for big game on this private retreat, we have a great place for you.  We offer superior sporting fishing on four, high altitude, still-water lakes that total over 42 surface acres. 

Our rental cabins have been recently remodeled and located on only a few yards away from the lakes.

Our hunting cabin offers a very strategic location on the east end of the Ranch giving hunters easy access to GMU 15, the Wheeler Basin and Green Ridge areas.
