DEPOSIT / CANCELLATIONS

Our policies are designed to be fair to all parties.  When we accept and confirm your reservation, we turn away all other requests at that time.  These policies are designed to protect you and our business.

Deposit / Check-in / Refunds

  • Hunting reservations require a great deal of advanced planning.  Many hunting licenses are not easy to secure and are expensive as well.  We book hunts well in advance and therefore, require a 50% deposit to guarantee your spot.  his is refundable up to 90 days prior to your arrival date.  After this date, if you cancel your reservation, we will try to rebook your exact reservation with someone on the waiting list.  If we are successful in rebooking your hunt, we will refund your deposit.

  • No-shows and early departures will be charged full price. You are responsible for all committed hunters in your group.

  • No refunds will be considered for weather conditions.

Check-In:

Arrival and check-in time is 2:00 pm on your arrival date.  We need this time to turnover, clean the cabins. So please plan on arriving at that time. 

License & Waivers

We ask that all hunter's provide us with a copy of your ID such as a Drivers license, Hunter Safety Certification and your valid State Hunting License.   All hunters will be required to sign a Waiver of liability at Check-In.

In order to ensure the best experience for you, we do not take more than one group at a time.
